Step 2: Sign up for your Appointments
Schedule out your 1:1 sessions with Dr. Bennett all online using Charm! Please read the detailed instructions for scheduling your package visits below. Save login details for Step 4.
NOTE: Clarify Tele-health or In-Person
- First schedule the two onboarding visits (NC1 – Health Assessment, NC2- Homeopathic Intake) 1 week apart from one another (if possible). Reserve 90-minutes of your time for these appointments.
- After the initial onboarding visits, schedule a 1-week 📞 check-in (1 week after the NC2 – Homeopathic Intake).
- For the length of your package, schedule out the monthly Follow Ups (45 minutes).
Acute check-ins and Lab Reviews will be scheduled as needed by Team THP.
**Step 1 (Checkout) must be completed 24 hours within scheduling an appointment, otherwise appointments will be cancelled and rescheduled after Checkout.**
Step 3: Sign in to the Membership Site
Use the login details you created in Step 1 to access the Membership Site (powered by Kajabi). Bookmark this site & securely store your login information, as you will use this to access the course(s)!
Prior to your visits, watch the 1:1 Onboarding Video Modules 1&2.
Step 4: Complete New Client Questionnaires.
Questionnaires can be accessed through Charm Patient Health Record online system. When signing up for your appointments, you will have created a Charm account. This login will be the same that you used to set up your NC1 and NC2 appointments.
Click on the Questionnaire tab and bill them out completely.
**IMPORTANT** This must done 48 business' hours prior to your first appointment or it will be considered a No-Show and subject to the No-Show fee of $150.
